Swedish Passport Collections

ADULT PASSPORT COLLECTIONS: * Existing passport, even if expired and/or already cancelled by the embassy. This will need to be cancelled in advance of handing out the new document.* Valid photo ID. The existing passport will not be accepted as proof of ID if it has expired. CHILD PASSPORT COLLECTIONS: * Child's old passport, even if expired and/or already cancelled by the embassy. This will need to be cancelled in advance of handing out the new document. * The child's birth certificate listing the names of the parents/guardians. * The parent making the collection must also bring their valid passport/ID document as proof of identification. ALL RELEVANT HANDLING AND COURIER FEES CAN BE PAID BY CARD OR CASH AT THE APPOINTMENT.

Swedish UT Card / Residence Permit Collections

Please be advised that Swedish residence permit cards (UT cards) may no longer be collected from the consulate in Cape Town. ALL COLLETIONS MUST BE MADE BY COURIER DIRECTLY FROM THE EMBASSY IN PRETORIA. Swedish Coordination No Application (child)

Please be advised that both parents and child must be present at the appointment. Swedish Marriage License

Please note that Swedish citizens who are in South Africa on a 90 day tourist visa are unable to apply for a marriage license at the Consulate. This service is only for those with a valid residence permit for South Africa who intend to marry in South Africa.
